Learn Self-Defence

Karate was developed in Okinawa, Japan for the purpose of self defence.  

In our classes you will learn the basics of kicking, punching and blocking. As you progress you will naturally learn how to do all of these and they will become second nature. 
Students find that within a matter of months their speed and reactions improve dramatically, better enabling them to both avoid conflict and, if the worst happens, deal with it more effectively.
